By accessing or using Highland Home Solutions' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Highland Home Solutions provides the following property services:

  • Junk removal and debris cleanup
  • Estate cleanout services
  • Septic inspection and pumping services
  • Excavation and land clearing
  • Dumpster rental services
  • General property maintenance

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual volume or weight of materials to be removed
  • Access requirements and site conditions
  • Special handling or disposal requirements
  • Additional services requested after work begins

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Once a service date is confirmed, we will arrive within the agreed-upon timeframe. We ask that the work area be accessible at the scheduled time.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted price.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Major credit cards

For projects over $1,000, a 50% deposit may be required prior to work beginning.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Ensure clear access to the work area
  • Inform us of any hazardous materials, underground utilities, or special conditions
  • Remove or secure any valuables, pets, or sensitive items prior to service
  • Provide accurate information about the scope of work

7. Liability

Highland Home Solutions maintains liability insurance. We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to items not identified for removal
  • Pre-existing damage to the property
  • Items left in areas not accessible to our team
  • Loss or damage to valuables left in the work area

8. Disposal and Recycling

We are committed to responsible disposal and recycling. Whenever possible, we will:

  • Donate usable items to local charities
  • Recycle materials at approved facilities
  • Dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations

9. Warranty

All work is guaranteed to be completed satisfactorily. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will address your concerns.
